Zubaan Ka Zayeka – BRINZA FRINZA

 Hi,

 AIFAD is here to bring something CREATIVE for all of you.

 As such BRINJAL is having a crown on his head but still it is not so lovable a vegetable by everyone. We are here to do something creative and convert our brinjal in Brinja Frinza Snacks.

Here we are trying to give one creative twist to brinjal. As such this yummy creative twist is not new. It was used by our Grandmom when we are not eating veggies, especially like Brinjal, Bottleguard, etc….

Its converted in yummy snacks which u can enjoy in the evening snacks or side dish or u can serve it as starter….or you can keep it in tiffin also…

Here in Ahmedabad, there are various kind of brinjals can see at any the vegetable vendor. Like small purple brinjal, big size oval shape Brinjal, Big size round size brinjal, Long brinjals, Green small Brinjal, Dark Green small Brinjals…

We are making our snacks with Long purple brinjal, wash it properly and cut it in thin slices, then marinate them in chickpea flour with spices of our liking and put it in Freeze for 10 minutes, so that marinate properly. After 10 minutes just fry it in hot oil in medium flame until it turns golden brown and crispy.

Just serve in a platter and tossed with some chat masala on it and have a big bite of yummy snacks….
