Fitness & Health… Aaahhhh!! It’s like a comforting word that our ears and bodies want to hear and wear during the New Year’s Resolution period! But in reality, this passion is simply temporary, disappearing after a day or a week like a social media handle story.
AIFAD created an ALL-IN-ONE FITNESS BATCH course to increase your enthusiasm. You’ll have fun and have enough energy for the rest of the day.
This batch is especially for those who wish to be happy and fit all day long. People are reluctant to about their weight, calorie intake, nutrition, etc. But as you are aware, these merely serve to increase tension, which is a contributing factor in weight growth.
We enjoy having late-night get-togethers with friends, watching late-night movies and series, and indulging in our favorite junk foods, such as pizza, hamburgers, fries, cookies, and chocolate. Naturally, we go to bed late, get up late, skip a good night’s sleep, and head out for our normal daily activities/work.
If you follow the same routines, you’ll require a daily energy boost.
This batch is especially created to take advantage of the present and generate positive energy in the shortest amount of time. because usually we dont have enough time for our health!!
This course lasts for three months, but you can extend it with a great discount or practice it on your own if you feel comfortable.
The fee must be paid in advance!! If you pay the three-month price all at once, you will get great discount. Group discounts are also available if you wanna join with your friends/family.

Morning Batch : 7:30 am to 8:00 am (no weekends session)
Night Batch: 9:30 pm to 10:00pm ( No weekends session)
You will have some minor bodily aches, joint pain, and fatigue during the first week after enrolling, but try not to get anxious. After a week, you will look forward to the session, and this will pass as you adjust.

Have a yoga mat or other carpet that you can use to sit and lay down correctly ready.
Always have a water bottle on you.
If you are in the room where a member of your family is sleeping, use your Bluetooth-enabled headphones, earbuds, or airpods.
Keep your phone in the standing mode so you can view the instructors and are easily visible.
At the conclusion of the session, you can ask any questions.
